Warranty Policy — ECIGARUS NL LTD

This Warranty Policy explains the coverage for hardware products purchased from ECIGARUS.COM. It applies to devices such as vape kits, mods, and chargers. Consumable items (e‑liquids, coils, pods, disposables) are not covered by warranty.

1. What Is Covered

Most hardware products come with a 30‑day warranty from the date of delivery.

This covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical faults
  • Non‑functioning devices on arrival

If a product fails due to a manufacturing issue within 30 days, we will repair, replace, or refund it.

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Liquid damage
  • Damage caused by using incompatible accessories
  • Coils, pods, e‑liquids, or disposable vapes
  • Batteries damaged by improper charging

These exclusions are standard across the vape industry.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, contact us at support@ecigarus.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the fault (if possible)

We may ask you to return the item for inspection.

4. Assessment Process

Once we receive your claim:

  • We will assess the fault
  • If the issue is covered, we will offer a replacement or refund
  • If the issue is not covered, we will explain why

If the item needs to be returned, we will provide instructions.

5. Replacement & Refunds

If your claim is approved:

  • We will send a replacement at no cost
  • Or issue a refund to your original payment method

Refund times depend on your bank and SquareUp processing.

6. Manufacturer Warranties

Some devices may include a manufacturer warranty longer than 30 days.

If applicable:

  • We will advise you to register the device with the manufacturer
  • Claims after 30 days may be handled directly by the manufacturer

7. Your Consumer Rights

This Warranty Policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
