This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed on ECIGARUS.COM. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Services
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.
Available services may include:
- Royal Mail 24 (aims to deliver next working day)
- Royal Mail 48 (aims to deliver within 2–3 working days)
- Tracked services (where selected)
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary during busy periods.
3. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed:
- Monday to Friday
- Excluding bank holidays and public holidays
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed after cut‑off times may be processed the next working day.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.
Royal Mail delivery aims:
- Royal Mail 24: 1 working day
- Royal Mail 48: 2–3 working days
- Tracked services: as per Royal Mail tracking estimates
Delays caused by Royal Mail are outside our control.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery method selected
- Order weight
- Order value (if free shipping thresholds are introduced later)
All prices are shown in GBP.
6. Tracking Your Order
If you select a tracked service, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Untracked services do not include tracking updates.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Please allow additional time during busy periods
- Check with neighbours or local delivery offices
- Contact Royal Mail with your tracking number (if applicable)
If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with Royal Mail’s lost‑parcel timeframes.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We cannot refund or replace orders that are:
- Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Returned due to incomplete or inaccurate address details
If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it once additional postage is paid.
9. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide your order number
- Include photos of the damage (if possible)
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
10. Age‑Restricted Deliveries
As we sell vaping products, age verification is required at checkout.
We may refuse delivery or cancel orders if:
- Age cannot be verified
- Fraud is suspected
- The order breaches our Age Verification Policy
